Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Magnolia Recruitment. All services are paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your dedicated appointment. We do not offer cancellations or refunds at this time. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice directly via your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is not permitted and will result in a forfeited session. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions (No-Shows): Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your meeting time accordingly, as sessions cannot be extended. Arrivals past 15 minutes without prior notice are considered a missed session. 1-on-1 Consultations & Mock Interviews: Missed sessions forfeit the reserved time slot without a refund. Resume Packages: The live initial consultation call is a required step before drafting begins. If you missed it, resume drafting will not begin. You may reschedule you appointment within 30 days by paying a $50 Rebooking Fee. Missed initial consultation calls are non-refundable.
